In Feb-2020 havells launched there first smart fan in India. Havells inform that this fan has a temperature sensor so that this fan can sense the room temperature and accordingly room temperature this fan can set the best suitable speed. This fan also can be operated through smart remote control and virtual assistants like google home and Alexa. With your voice command you can turn on & off the fan, set different speed, also you can set the different modes in fans like smart mode, sleep mode, and breeze mode.

In Havells Carnesia-I smart mode this fan can set speed as per the room temperature and humidity. With sleep mode, this fan speed gradually decreases for better comfort at night. Use of breeze mode this fan speed automatically increases and decreases continuously so we can feel the natural breeze. Also, Havells Carnesia-I has a timer function so you can turn on & off the fan at the set timer.

Havells Carnesia- I is IOT fan hence you can operate your fan from whenever you are, for this function your fan must be connected with your WIFI connection. In Havells mobile application you can monitor the room humidity, temperature, fan speed. Also, you can set smart, breeze, sleep mode with your mobile application. Havells launched Carnesia I in the price tag of Rs. 4500.

In India there are Rs. 8000 crore market of the fan. In 2003 havells launched there first fan in India. Currently, havells has 250 fan models with combining of there premium and super-premium categories. Havells can produce 1 crore fan in India at there Uttarakhand manufacturing plant. With 19 % fan market shares, Havells is in 2nd position in the Indian fan market after the Crompton greeves. Havells will expand this smart technology to there different home appliances products.
